Hello and Welcome!

Hi everybody! We're Larry Krigbaum and Daelene Powers, and for all of you who haven't yet heard the news, we're excited to announce that we've purchased The Diving Den from Tom and Linda Stough.  Everything has taken much longer than we anticipated, and all of the delays have left us scrambling.  We're trying to get a lot of things done in a very short time period, so bear with us as best you can.  We believe that it will be worth the wait, and we hope you'll agree.

The Diving Den will continue to be a full-service PADI-affiliated dive shop offering dive gear, instruction, repair and maintenance, dive travel, and air fills, and we will also continue to operate the diving concession at Kenneth Quarry in France Park.

The Diving Den has become like a home to many of us, and we promise that we'll do our very best to continue the tradition of excellence that Tom and Linda have created and maintained over the years.  So while this will be a time of transition for all of us, you can expect the same high quality of service and sense of community you've always received at The Diving Den.  And if you don't feel like you're getting it, let us know and we'll make the changes to see that you do.

The biggest change you will find will be the store itself.  The new location will be at 311 Sagamore Parkway North in Lafayette.  That's at the intersection of Hghway 26 and Highway 52 (Sagamore Parkway) in the same shopping center with Home Depot.  See the Contact Us page for more detailed directions.  The store will also be a good deal roomier, and should make for a comfortable place to hang out and swap stories, experiences and flat-out lies.  Unfortunately, the store is still undergoing renovation, so for a hopefully short period of time we'll be operating out of our house, cars, and any other handy locations.  Don't let that frighten you off, though.  Call or e-mail for any dive needs, from gear to training to service to travel, or anything else.  We'll see to it you're taken good care of.
